Wild Rabbits are an extremely nutritious, protein source for dogs. They are high in protein, low in fat and contains minerals selenium and phosphorous, plus high levels of vitamin B3 (Niacin) in particular. These minerals and vitamins are essential for a healthy nervous system and skin plus good energy levels and a healthy gastrointestinal system. Additionally, the fur will help to cleanse the digestive system. The Rabbits has been cage caught or rifle shot (not shotgun shot) and weighs between 1kg and 2kg. Please be aware that we don't know the rabbits history as it's a wild animal and therefore it could have lead shot from previous injury.
